Shipping policy

All orders are shipped with 2-3 weeks (not counting holidays or weekends). 

There is a Rush Order fee you can purchase that will allow your order to jump the “queue” and will process within 5-7 days.

Orders are shipped with USPS First Class Mail (2-5 days) and include a tracking number. You are able to upgrade your shipping to Priority (2-3 days) which includes insurance on your package.

If you are interested in purchasing shipping insurance separately, please add the Shipping Insurance option to your cart. 

Once USPS is in possession of a package, it is out of my control. I am unable to look up any additional information on the whereabouts of a missing package, I can only see the same information as you via the tracking number.

The ONLY exception is if you HAVE purchased Shipping Insurance or upgraded your order to Priority Shipping. Please contact your local USPS for more information if you have NOT done either one.
